Sailing

Sydney, New South Wales

Sails to the sky. Sailing strips the Sydney Opera House back to its essence. The sweep of the shells, the cream concrete catching the sun, the glass glinting below. Shot from low and close, this is a masterpiece seen not as a postcard but as a sculpture. All curve, edge and sky. A photograph that reminds you why this building still takes your breath away, every single time.
