Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as Pejayo does not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, or if you simply decide that the artwork is no longer suitable.

Unique Artworks

Many Pejayo artworks are produced on natural or individually finished materials, including slate and metal. Variations in texture, edges, finish, colour and image placement may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique. Product images on our website are therefore an indication of the finished artwork and may not exactly represent the piece you receive.

These natural or production variations are not considered faults.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, is significantly different from its description, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact Pejayo with your proof of purchase and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other applicable remedy.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, Pejayo will also meet its obligations regarding reasonable return costs as required by Australian Consumer Law.
